Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellations must be received in writing to support@innoconcepts.co.in
  • Cancellations received before 12th Feb 2026 will receive refund of 50% plus less a 10% administration fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellation received after 28th Feb 2026.
  • All refunds due will only be issued after the conference, once all supporting paperwork have been received.
  • The organising committee reserves the right to decline a request for a refund.
  • A no-show at the conference after registration will result in full conference fees payable
