- Shell scheme if required or space as indicated on the floorplan.
- Name Panel (Facia) if shell scheme used.
- Three spotlights plus one single socket outlet per shell scheme stand.
- One table, 2 chairs, Dustbin.
The Contractual price does not include: Additional Connections for electricity over and above specified above, Internet connection, loading and handling of equipment and staff, telephones, furniture, flowers or the provision of anything else not expressly mentioned.
- All cancellations must be received in writing to support@innoconcepts.co.in
- Cancellations received before 15th April 2024 will receive refund of 50% plus less a 10% administration fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellation received after 30th April 2024.
- All refunds due will only be issued after the conference, once all supporting paperwork have been received.
- The organising committee reserves the right to decline a request for a refund.
- A no-show at the conference after registration will result in full conference fees payable as per the Terms and Conditions.
