- All cancellations must be received in writing to support@innoconcepts.co.in
- Cancellations received before 15th April 2025 will receive refund of 50% plus less a 10% administration fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellation received after 30th April 2025.
- All refunds due will only be issued after the conference, once all supporting paperwork have been received.
- The organising committee reserves the right to decline a request for a refund.
- A no-show at the conference after registration will result in full conference fees payable as per the Terms and Conditions.
